These terms and conditions are maintained by UpChef and describe how you may use our website, our recipe archive and the information we publish about our home chefs. By browsing the site you agree to them.
2. Our chefs and their kitchens
Every chef featured on UpChef cooks in their own kitchen. We verify the chefs we feature, but each chef remains responsible for their own preparation, hygiene practices and the accuracy of the dish information they provide to us.
3. Recipes shared on UpChef
Recipes in our archive are shared by chefs and contributors who confirm they have the right to share them. You may cook them at home freely. Republishing a recipe commercially, in whole or in part, requires written permission from UpChef and the contributing chef.
4. Allergens and dietary information
Home kitchens are shared spaces and cross-contact with allergens is possible. Ingredient and allergen notes are provided in good faith and should not be relied upon if you have a severe allergy. Contact us before ordering if you have specific dietary requirements.
5. Content and intellectual property
The UpChef name, logo, photography and written content belong to UpChef or the contributors who supplied them. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy the site's content for your own commercial use.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as UpChef grows. The current version is always the one published on this page, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
